Smooth and full-bodied, with gentle umami and a softly balanced bitterness. Perfect for daily matcha rituals and lattes.

How to Experience

1. Sift 3–4g matcha into your chawan to remove clumps.
2. Add 30–40 mL hot water (about 165°F, not boiling).
3. Whisk with your chasen in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
4. Enjoy as is, or pour over 4 oz milk for a matcha latte. Optional: sweeten to taste.
