How to Experience

  1. Sift 3–4g matcha into a chawan bowl to remove clumps.
  2. Add 30–40 mL hot water (about 165°F, not boiling).
  3. Whisk with a chasen in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
  4. Enjoy as is, or pour over 4 oz milk for a matcha latte. Optional: sweeten to taste.

This has been my daily matcha. Every morning I make myself a matcha latte and it is always a good start to my work day. I love that the matcha is smooth but flavorful with no harsh bitterness. On the side note, this makes a bomb matcha martini as well!

I loveee matcha, this one is so good. The taste is so smooth and the green is so vibrant, by that you can already tell this is quality matcha. Super consistent and very tasty. I also appreciate how the label have some instructions on how to make matcha. I'm def going to get more!
